Australia And More

Okay, okay, okay! I will get better at blogging more often. For a distracted person like myself, blogging on a regular basis is harder then I imagined. Where do I begin. So much good stuff is happening so fast it's hard to keep up. I'm officially 32 years old. Happy Birthday to me. I mentioned in my last blog I spent my birthday in the air on the way to Australia.

Our time in Australia was incredible! It's hard to fully describe an experience like we had in Australia. Years ago the Lord put in my heart the nation of Australia and so it was so encouraging to be able to finally go there and invest in revival in that nation.

A church in Melbourne hosted us and were incredible to work with. That was the first thing we encountered while we were there, the incredible ministries and churches God is raising up in Australia who are experiencing revival and pressing in for more. The very first night things took off and the Presence of God showed up. I love to sit back and just see the Lord do what He does best, changing lives. It was so encouraging to see the hunger in the youth and young adults and the leaders. As we always do, we sent them into the city to lay hands on the sick, share the love of Jesus, prophesy over people, and bring the Kingdom wherever they go. There were so many great testimonies. So many great testimonies! One of the coolest was a man who was born missing certain parts in his ear and so he had never been able to hear well and had to use hearing aids. One of the groups went up to him and began to minister to him. They prayed for his hearing and by the end of their prayer he could hear them without his hearing aids even when they were backed up yards away! There were many many stories of encounters and people being touched by love and power. Our heart is to return to Australia every year and run with the different ministries in the nation to see young revivalists mobilized in the nation.

The week I got back from Australia I headed off to Toronto. I spoke at Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship's annual youth conference Fresh Wind. Those guys up there are doing a great job. Most everyone has heard about Toronto and the move of God that came out of their church in 1994 and has touched the nations of the earth. It was my first time up there and was a significant trip for me. I was so encouraged by the ministry up there and there pursuit of revival. It was very similar to our Jesus Culture conferences. The hunger in the room and the passion for Jesus was explosive. I preached on The Emerging Revivalists In the Earth and just described what I've seen in the spirit and what we've experienced. During worship that night I saw a picture of the Lord walking through the room with a red paint brush painting a huge "R" on people. Then the Lord said to me, "I am marking revivalists." That is exactly what happened. I saw thousands of youth and young adults whose lives were marked for revival. The presence of God dropped in the place and all over the room people were crying out to God and giving themselves for worldwide revival. If you ever have a chance to go that conference it will be well worth your time.

I will be in Yorba Linda, Ca April 3-6 for a youth conference in Southern California and then back down there in San Diego on April 24-25 at a Justice House of Prayer conference. If you live in So Cal come hang out with us. Also, Jesus Culture Dallas/Ft. Worth is coming up. It's going to be an incredible time and we are really looking forward to what God is going to do in Texas.
