England - Day 2

Hello everyone! This is Becky Johnson, I am an intern for Jesus Culture this year and I will be helping blog this UK Tour! I feel so blessed to be a part of such a wonderful team and to be running with such a great vision. These people are the best. The tour buses we are on are awesome...I am sitting on one of the couches in the "living room" of the bus...how cool! I can't get over the goodness of God, He has overwhelmed me yet again. This is my first time in England and I am loving it! The people here are great, the SHOPPING is great, and the hunger for God is inspiring. Tonight's meeting was our first one. We were at a great church in Southampton tonight. New Community. The place was packed with passionate people from the area wanting more of God's Presence.

We kicked the meeting off with some powerful worship, (thanks to our wonderful band!) and the presence of God was strong. My favorite part was when Banning had all of us face north and stretch our hands out as we sang "Fire Fall Down"...you could feel the worship changing the atmosphere! It was moving to see that many kids cry out for revival to the UK. It really felt like people's lives were shifted after hearing a word from Banning about why we are alive (to Arise and Shine! Isaiah 60)!!!. This was only our first meeting, I can't imagine what God has in store for the next 5 cities. We're off to Bath tomorrow!
