Jesus Culture Music

I can't tell you how excited I am about what has been happening with Jesus Culture Music. In 2000, I was prophesied over that I would raise up a record label. At the time, it was nowhere on my radar at all. We had just started doing Jesus Culture conferences in 1999 and were not thinking about a music label at all. But here we are eight years later and I am blown away by what God is doing. My heart is revival. That's what we are burning for. I want to see Jesus get what He asked for, the nations of the earth as His inheritance. My mandate is to raise up and release the new breed of revivalists that are emerging in the earth. What I've known is that they will be a generation that worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness. That love to be in God's presence. That love to worship Him and give Him the glory due His name. As well, I love to see God impact the nations through the lives of those who are with us. So for the last few years, we've seen God impact the lives of people by stirring their hearts to greater passion for God through Kim Walker, Chris Quilala, and Melissa How (who just had a baby by the way). I'm sure you've been blessed by their worship and passion expressed through song. We've received so many testimonies from our Jesus Cutlure albums and Kim's solo album. It excites me to see God take what is inside of them and release it to others.
The reason I am writing this blog about our music is because it's fresh on my mind. We were in meetings this week talking through the upcoming projects and the new worship leaders we are going to record. Kristene Mueller's new album comes out in a few weeks. You can pre-order it now for a discount. Kristene's album is incredible! I am so excited to see what God is going to do with this girl. Her songs are so refreshing, revelatory, and powerful. They were birthed out of a life given to intercession and love for Jesus. She was in San Francisco for three years and wrote songs reflecting the heart of God for people and that city. As well, she brings a sound that is new to Jesus Culture. I love it! You will be able to preview the CD tracks at our website or on itunes shortly.
Upcoming CD's will be with Jake Hamilton, a new CD from Kim Walker, and Chris Quilala. Make sure to check out jesusculturemusic.com. We are working on getting that site up and running to be able to preview songs, read blogs, get information on the artists, watch videos, read the stories behind the songs, etc..... Get ready cause theirs a whole new sound being released in the earth that is going to fuel revival. I can't wait!
