Atlanta Report

Atlanta was off the charts! It is incredible what God is doing right now. The hunger among the youth and young adults was so encouraging. From the first night of the conference you could feel the passion of the people there pursuing God with all of their heart. Kim Walker tore it up during the worship times. And the rest of our team did an amazing job. The testimonies from City Invasion were so much fun.

I feel like all of my recent blogs are about my travels. I think it’s mainly because I find the time to write these little blogs while I’m sitting in airports waiting for flights. In fact, that’s where I’m at right now - an airport in Las Vegas.

The Call Nashville

I wanted to write and encourage you to do everything you can to get to The Call Nashville. Lou Engle who is a great friend of this ministry is the leader of The Call. In 2000, The Call began in Washington DC where over 400,000 youth and adults gathered to fast and pray for our nation. It was an incredible day. Imagine people as far as you can see who are passionate lovers of Jesus who are pressing into prayer for revival. It is an amazing experience to be with so many people of like heart.

Trip Report 4/26/07

I just returned from some incredible trips. I was in Nashville, Washington DC, and Santa Maria, CA. It’s amazing what the Lord is doing in our nation right now. The Lord has His eye on Nashville and is turning the attention of the Church in our nation to that city. There is great momentum for The Call Nashville which is coming up July 7.

God Is Revealing Himself

I can’t believe it’s been a month since I’ve said hello. There is so much good stuff that’s happened in a month. Since I last wrote my last blog I turned a year older. That’s right, I’m officially 31 years old. I’m deep into my thirties. Ok, maybe not deep into my thirties but I’m definitely getting older. One of my gifts was an Xbox 360. Not sure if I should still be getting video game systems in my thirties, but it is sweet!

Let's Go Get God

I’ve been in ministry for almost 12 years now and I am in the most exciting time of my life. In the past few weeks, I have seen some of the most significant things in our local youth group since I’ve been in ministry. God is visiting our young people. They are encountering angels, having supernatural visitations, they are regularly going to heaven, and much more. It’s been an amazing time of increased awareness of His presence in our midst.

Encounter 2007

I’m not sure where to even begin. I am on a plane flying to Southern California thinking about last weekend’s Jesus Culture Encounter conference. It was incredible! What an amazing two days. People drove and flew in from all over the world to be there (which is always humbling). The hunger among youth and young adults is blowing me away! To join in with thousands of young people worshiping God and seeking Him with all of their hearts is an awesome experience.

My First Ever Blog

Welcome to my first ever blog! I am so excited about the new version of jesusculture.org. We started Jesus Culture in 1999 and it’s been an incredible ride for the last 8 years. We’ve seen God do some amazing things and had a chance to meet some incredible people at our conferences. In the midst of this journey, God began to speak to us about our mandate.
