Seize The Day!

Sunday morning in our staff meeting and at church we heard incredible testimonies. Three cases of cancer healed. A lady with MS for 30 years received healing in our healing rooms. Metal disappearing from people's bodies. 12,000 Muslims saved in one week in a country in the Middle East. What a great day to be alive! I just sit back and celebrate what God is doing. We are in the midst of revival. For years I read books about revival and now I am seeing it firsthand with my own eyes. I'm experiencing things I read about and in many cases things that go beyond what I read about. God is on the move! We must move with Him. It is our responsibility has sons and daughters of God to recognize what He is doing in the earth and give ourselves wholeheartedly to it. Carpe Diem keeps coming to mind. We must seize the day. We must recognize what God is doing and seize the moment in front of us. God is healing people right now. He is saving people right now. He is setting people free right now. Today truly is the "day of salvation." Cities are being transformed. Lives are being radically changed. Atmospheres over nations are shifting. You were born for this. This is the hour the Lord appointed you to be alive in. Seize that moment and you will see things you've only read about.

On a personal note, I just got back from a three day trip to Lake Tahoe with SeaJay. We had an incredible time. Feeling refreshed and relaxed. Only one of our kids actually missed us while we were gone. The other two were so happy to be with their Grandma and Grandpa they could care less how long we were gone. They hang out with Grandma and play with her chickens, baby chicks, and gather eggs. Because of this my wife now wants to get chickens for our backyard. If you knew my wife at all this would not surprise you. We have had cats, dogs, fish, a bird, and frogs. She loves life and loves having it all around her. Although, I did not grow up like this, I am learning to love it. And my kids absolutely love living life just like that.

SeaJay and I are coaching Elli's 5th and 6th grade basketball team this year. Should be fun. We start practice this week. You should all fast and pray for us! ;-)

The Pastors Advance starts this week at Bethel. Always an amazing time getting together with leaders from around the world to connect and seek the Lord together.
