Q. Do I need to register my children?
A. Children two years old and up need to be registered and paid for.
Q. Can I change campuses?
A. Unfortunately, due to capacity reasons, we cannot allow any switching to either campus.
Q. If I am a youth pastor, can I bring someone other than a spouse for free to the event?
A. No, only spouses are allowed as the free guest.
Q. Is there an age limit for attendees?
A. There is no age limit for the event. We invite people of all ages to gather with us.
Q. Are there any group discounts?
A. We do not offer any group discounts for this event.
Q. Is there assigned seating?
A. No there is no assigned seating, it’s first come, first served.
Q. Are both campuses handicapped accessible?
A. Yes.
Q. Is childcare available?
A. There is no childcare provided.
Q. Are we allowed to take pictures or video of the event?
A. Even if you are a professional photographer, no cameras or videography will be permitted and you will be asked to put it away.
Q. Is there food at either campus?
A. There are snack bars at both campuses but food is not allowed in either main sanctuary. Only water will be allowed into the event and every other food or drink will need to be consumed in the lobby.
Q. Will both campuses have live worship and speakers?
A. Yes, each campus will be a full live conference with the same speakers, sessions, and worship bands. They will just have alternating schedules.
Q. Can I add people to my registration even after I’ve registered?
A. Yes, we will be able to do this for you after Dec. 1st, please e-mail encounter@jesusculture.com if you need to edit your registration.
Q: Is there a more detailed schedule of who will be speaking and leading worship for each session?
A. Should this information become available, we will post it on www.jesusculture.com/encounter/schedule. Please check back for updates. Inquiries made via e-mail regarding a more detailed schedule will not be answered.
Q. Can I pay by check?
A. At this time, the only payment we can receive is credit card. As of Dec. 15th, you may call to register by check but please remember registration is subject to availability. There is no way to reserve spots without payment.
Q. Are there surrounding hotels with special rates?
A. Information on hotels with special rates will be coming soon. Please check back often for updates.
Q. Is there bus/RV parking at either campus?
A. Campus A (Convention Center) is more ideal for bus/RV parking due to parking spaces being limited at Campus B (Bethel Church).
Q. Is there anything else I should know?
A. Yes, please be aware that we will use haze and strobe lights during worship.
