Michael Brodeur

Director of Development

Bio

Michael was raised in the counter-culture of San Francisco and came to the Lord during the Jesus Movement. After a season of training he returned to SF as part of a church planting team and co-founded an outreach ministry called SOS San Francisco. In 1984, after meeting John Wimber, Michael and his wife Diane pioneered a Vineyard church that soon became one of the largest churches in the region. Michael also served as a district overseer for the Vineyard, overseeing churches and coaching and releasing church planters around the world. Michael and Diane withdrew from the Vineyard movement in 2000 and established Promised Land Fellowship, which continued as a leading church in SF for the next decade. In 2005, Michael and Diane began a relationship with Bethel Church that eventually led to the Brodeur Family moving to Redding in the summer of 2009. Michael currently works with Jesus Culture and Global Legacy while maintaining strong ties with the ministry in San Francisco.
