Jr. Graphic Designer
San Diego, CA / Full-Time
The Jr. Graphic designer will execute well thought-out creative concepts and designs on all projects that come through the Jesus Culture Creative Team.
The Graphic Designer position at Jesus Culture reports directly to the Creative Team Lead with oversight from Global Creative Director. This role primarily serves the church and resources departments, but steps in to support the entire Jesus Culture organization when needed.
What You'll Do
•
Provides direction and recommendation for any creative projects assigned
•
Collaborate with creative directors, creative lead, marketing, and other graphic designers to create media
•
Designs materials for mediums including:
- Video
- Website
- Slides
•
Helps maintain the Jesus Culture brand and ensure that all projects meet the brand standards and value of excellence for this organization
•
Delivers finalized designs on time
What You'll Bring
•
College Degree or 2+ years experience
•
Solid knowledge of design and visual principles
•
Demonstrated portfolio showing creative, design and software skills
•
Creativity

Attention to detail
•
Proficient in Adobe Suite including but not limited to:
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- InDesign
- Lightroom
- Premiere
- Sketch

Effective communication skills
